THG’s Marketing and Design (MaD) business unit were given a challenge by clients Honeycombes Property Group -  win us an UDIA Award for Excellence - a challenge we are proud to say we were able to achieve.

Charged with putting together the applicaiton, THG wrote, designed and project managed an award submission for HPG’s Itara at Riverway. Itara at Riverway is a master-planned apartment development that has unveiled a new level of sophistication to Townsville’s previously under-utilised riverfront. in the Environmental Excellence category, a hotly contested category that focusses on the importance of environmental issues and heritage features been acknowledged and incorporated into the project.

Not only were THG able to provide a comprehensive document adhering tot he specific requirements of the UDIA, we were able to provide the client with presentation techniques and tips to improve the quality of their presentation to the judges.

The marketing and exposure gained for HPG in winning this award has been invaluable, including promotion through the UDIA such as press releases, coverage in the UDIA publications and the stamp of excellence on the project.
