Seaspray, Emu Park
THG’s Landscape Architect David Scassola (AILA) managed the construction implementation phase of Seaspray Lifestyle Centre Emu Park, Central Queensland (Stage 4). This project had a landscape construction budget of approximately AUS$1.5million.
David’s roles and responsibilities during this time included site inspections, field reports and defects lists and refining or amending the design where appropriate. David’s design and construction knowledge enabled him to make effective decisions onsite that did not delay the construction process or impact on the overall design intent of the project.
