For this project, THG put together a park and drainage rehabilitation management plan for a new residential development.

Once a development is built, how do you let people know about it?
When Rix Developments were faced with this issue, they contacted THG to create a graphic masterplan to be used on a billboard advertising their site. Interpreting both the engineering and urban design plans, THG moulded existing CAD drawings to create an extremely high resolution design that could be used for both outdoor advertising and sales brochures.
The proximity of this project to a railway station meant that the client came to THG with a challenge – it has to be high density, but it has to have an aesthetic sense of community.
THG’s work on projects at Gorlicks Road, Eagleby and Bethania Relocatable Home Parks presented a unique challenge – how do you give a space a sense of permanency when the structures that line the streets are not?
