Prana Centre, Nerang

THG project managed the planning and surveying components of the Prana Centre, another step forward in the increasing commercial resurgence in Nerang. 

Featuring a 300 seat auditorium, sound studios, conference facilities, offices and a state-of-the-art gym, this project had a number of different uses to be accounted for in the development of the project.

THG worked with the client to create a vision for the site.  JLF Corporation principal John Fitzgerald said the state-of-the-art centre would serve as a communication and events hub for companies from Coolangatta to Brisbane.

According to Mr Fitzgerald “It (the centre) will be the only place in Southeast Queensland where businesses can film anything from a game show to a live production and know there will be no outside noise or interference,” he said.

Recently completed, this project has a number of high profile tenants including Fenix Gyms.
