Fairway Chase - North Lakes

THG’s Head of Landscape Architecture, David Scassola (AILA) worked as part of the project team that provided urban design, landscape design and detailed implementation services for North Lakes at Pine Rivers Shire.

Accommodating approximately 300 lots, the design maximised the benefit of golf course view, connected to existing and future open space networks and crafted a signature linear park through a major gully system.

The detailed landscape design elements include but are not limited to park design, entry statements, shelters and the establishment of a comprehensive framework for the integration of water sensitive urban design strategies. David also saw the project through the construction phase, managing the construction administrative process.
