Adam Nagel
Adam’s strength lies in not just thinking like a planner but also considering the challenges facing developers.
He has negotiated approvals for all project types including residential houses, multi unit dwellings, shopping centres, green star commercial buildings, CBD residential and commercial buildings and industrial buildings ranging from small scale units to large scale warehousing projects.
Adam has mapped planning and development strategies and undertaken works on several significant projects including the Gabba, Solito Residences, Phoenix Woolloongabba, Brentwood Masterplanned Development, Capestone Residential Estate, Platinum on the River and One Toowong amongst others.
In addition to the above, Adam is also involved with two Brisbane City Council community Planning teams being the Eastern Corridor Community Planning Team and the River Gateway Community Planning Team.
