Michael Brinums
Michael brings to a project a broad range of project experience that spans residential subdivisions and units through to industrial developments, including large scale estates to smaller scale warehouses and storage yards.
Michael’s passion lies in achieving good outcomes that contribute to the creation of strong, well functioning communities. He looks at the bigger picture and utilizes his strong negotiation skills to achieve such outcomes for the community and developer alike.
Michael does not simply accept planning legislation as gospel; rather he considers the impacts of legislative requirements on project designs and looks for constructive ways to negotiate with government entities to achieve better results.
