Greg Connors
Director of Special Projects
Greg’s approach to planning can best be described as tenacious.
Over the past 12 years, Greg has negotiated for THG’s partners, delivering results for business giants including Telstra, Caltex, Australand, Doyle Group, Coles and Woolworths.
Working with councils from the Northern Territory through to New South Wales, Greg;s knowledge has been sought by the Planning and Environment Court and Land Court.
Greg is keen to pass on his experience to the new breed of planners – giving his time to lecturing at the Australian Property College and the UDIA property Development Education program.
Greg has been involved with a number of projects across the South East, namely planning input for:

- Toowoomba Bypass Road route selection study for Maunsell – evaluation of best route location based on land use, planning constraints, environmental factors, ownership and tenure
- PowerTel Newcastle to Brisbane route selection and planning approvals.
- Millmeran power station (intergen) planning input to EIS on power station and associated power infrastructure
